In March, the index for the current business situation rose by 4.5 points to 31.9 points. Business expectations for the next six months rose even more sharply - plus 11.0 to 21.2 points. The Bitkom-ifo digital index, which is calculated from the assessment of the business situation and business expectations, rose significantly by 7.8 to 26.5 points compared to the previous month.
