Innovation and entrepreneurship would be a favourable and inevitable consequence of the Digitalisation Plan. Managers and employees' awareness of new possibilities could open up new markets and niches. This would also lead to the creation of new companies, business models and CEOs.

On the other hand, SMEs will be able to make better use of the digital world and will innovate to achieve greater private and public benefits. In this way, the private and public sectors enrich each other.

Sectoral programmes
As stated above, the plan will affect all national companies and will therefore extend to all sectors.

The complexity of intersectionality, which represents an interdependent economy , will be addressed through these sectoral programs.
