Marketing Operations : This unit is the engine room and produces all channel, language, culture and micro-segment specific content, determines the data-based targeting, activates the various campaigns on all channels, monitors their effectiveness using multi-touch attribution and continuously optimizes them. Success factors for this hard work to be carried out quickly, reliably, efficiently and at affordable costs are industrialization, automation, "right-shoring" and a sharp focus on the added value of every marketing franc.
