Personal Branding for Corporate Influencers: Post Effectively and Safely in 5 Steps

Post by samiul12 »

It's all about the mix: Corporate influencers who retreat to purely professional interests in social networks may remain pale in the eyes of the community and are not very interesting as people. On the other hand, those who are too private show nothing of their professional expertise. Legal aspects must also be taken into account, as well as privacy considerations. But how do you know which type your posts belong to? I first developed the five-stage model for employee brand ambassadors in customer projects. It helps to explore your own limits and preferences, gain clarity about your own personal brand, identify risks and develop an individual strategy. I have now also implemented and published it as an infographic. In this article, I explain the individual levels in detail. I would be delighted if you would share the link and/or graphic.
