We really fell in love with Earthency, a Rennes-based startup that tackles the problem of land and water pollution via a dedicated application.
Present on 3 different stands (wow!), it presents itself as environmental medicine at the service of the territories and offers a participatory digital solution: walkers report fly-tipping to town halls by sending photos on the app with their geolocation so that the latter can send their cleaning teams.
