What's new in NetHunt CRM: July digest

July is coming to an end, but the work is still in full swing! This month we have significantly improved a number of NetHunt CRM functionalities. Here's what's changed in the system.

Automation
NetHunt CRM Automation has become even more convenient and powerful! More control over every step. Restart of failed operations, new “Pending” status, updated sidebar – just a small part of the new functionality. We have collected all the updates regarding the updated Automation in a separate article , because there are so many of them.

Support for a series of “required for stage” fields.
If you select a specific option from the azerbaijan phone number list required field drop-down list, another required field will appear that you will need to fill in. Useful for the “Lost Deal” stage, when you need to detail the reason for the loss.

Added an "Allow Multiple" option to the URL field type.
Useful for storing multiple lead websites or automatically linking across multiple email domains.
Added a “Record ID” macro.
For more advanced Automation use cases, you can use the “Make API Call” action to pass a record ID and match records to an external database. You can read more about “API Call” in our Knowledge Base article .
Added the ability to enable photos for Entries in any folder.
You can also disable photos for contacts and companies. Disabling this feature will NOT delete existing photos.
