What types are there

Post by asimd21 »

There they are, looking at you from the screen.

So beautiful that just looking at them makes your eyes water.

Your clients' testimonials.

A few written testimonials, a couple of screenshots of reviews that have been left for you, and even a video testimonial that a very clever client recorded for you .

Now all you have to do is decide where and how to use them to get the most out of them (and convince other potential customers to buy from you).

It shouldn't be too difficult, right?

The reality is that using your testimonials strategically isn't always easy.

But don't worry, I'll give you a hand in this post.

Here I tell you:

The different types of customer testimonials you can use (there is life beyond written testimonials).
Where to use them.
A couple of tips to chinese malaysia data get more out of them.
Let's go there.

7 types of customer testimonials
Although I talk about “testimonials” in general, the truth is that there are many ways to demonstrate that a client has ended up satisfied after working with you.

I will first tell you about the different options that exist, and then I will explain how to use them depending on the case.

1. Written testimony
I'm not going to dwell on this guy too much because you already know him very well.

It's the classic example of social proof: a short text where a client tells about their experience working with you.

For example, here are some written testimonials I have on my homepage :

2. Reviews and ratings
Technically, reviews could be considered another form of written testimony.

I'm referring to the ones a client leaves you in:

Your Google My Business listing.
Your product sheets (if you have an online store).
The difference is that written testimonials are texts that you publish (on your website, in an email, etc.).

A review, on the other hand, is posted directly by the customer.

Here is an example from Naturitas, an online store where I usually buy a lot.
