You have probably heard about emotional marketing on many occasions . This type of marketing is a discipline that focuses its strategies on connecting with the audience on an emotional level.


Explained in another way, we can say that it is one of the parts of marketing that strives to create an emotional bond with the target audience, making each of the messages launched resonate deeply within the audience to awaken their feelings.

This marketing discipline seeks to appeal to the most human side of people and its main objective is to create two-way communication between the company or brand and the public.

In order to understand it better, it is important that you understand the meaning of the concept 'emotion' and where it comes from.
