By the end of April, according to information from the Electronic Invoice (NF-e) portal, 6.688 billion NF-e were authorized across the country, with 944,667 thousand issuers, demonstrating the popularization of the resource by companies.

For retailers and vehicle resellers, the Revenda Mais solution makes it easy to issue NF-e at all stages of the document generation process, such as issuance, storage, portability, XML export (for accounting purposes) and receipt of invoices.

According to the director, the Revenda Mais system itself is responsible for storing these documents, which can be accessed at any time, with backup in Brazil and the US (on Amazon servers). “Our system also has the advantage of issuing the NF-e on any computer and differs from other more limited systems, which are installed on only one specific machine and use the A3 model certificate,” adds Marchetti.

The Revenda Mais system allows the export of the XML file to the accountant, in order to group all the invoices issued in the desired period, making it easier to send them to the accountant. In addition, it allows the issuance and receipt of NF-e. “Just forward the XML received to the Revenda Mais email address. Our system captures this file and stores it for security and to export it to the accountant in the future”, explains Marchetti.
