Make targets come true with clear numbers/statistics along with time & KPIs

We can create an action plan , or things to do that we must follow. (explain the main objective to achieve, and the consequences if we do not achieve it - as a strong motivation)

This target is important for us to know what we want to achieve in our business.

If we don't have a target, how do we know if we are successful or not?

This target needs to have numbers/statistics that we can japan phone data measure, for example, total sales, number of customers, total profit, and so on.

This target also needs to have a clear time & KPI , meaning we need to set when we want to achieve the target and what we need to do to achieve it.

For example, if we want to sell 100 products in a month, we need to know how many products we need to sell each day, how many people we need to approach, how many advertisements we need to create, and so on.

With this clear target, we can monitor our progress and know what we need to improve.
