Gone are the days when I had to open Analytics to see the bounce rate of my landing page
. Bang! Gone are the days when I had to open Search Console and dig through it to analyze how many search queries were actually organic and how many were paid. KaPoww!
“ Chuck Norris does not connect – he unites ”
In the metaphorical translation of the roundhouse kick: Before, I only knew what my shoe size was and how high I could stretch my weak leg with a pained expression on my face. Now I know how to swing my body, which has become flabby from everyday office life, around the bend – now we're talking!
Linking Google Analytics and Google Search Console with AdWords – this is how it works
The principle is similar in both cases. As a basic requirement, we must sweden phone number data have administrator rights for the accounts, or obtain them. Of course, your websites/domains must also already be confirmed for the respective accounts - otherwise there will be no data. Ideally, we use one Google account for all applications - also for practical reasons. It must also be ensured that data sharing for Google services and products exists in the respective accounts.
Linking Analytics with AdWords:
In the account, go to the "Manage" item at the top. Under Property, we then click on "AdWords link" (see figure). Here, if we have the necessary authorization, we can simply select the AdWords account and choose the corresponding data view that we want to link.
We can then view a successful link in AdWords under "My Account" - "Linked Accounts".
Linking AdWords in Analytics
Linking Search Console (formerly Webmaster Tools) with AdWords:
If we already have a website or domain in the Search Console, the easiest way is to initiate a link via AdWords.
To do this, go to the AdWords account and click on the symbol and then on "linked accounts". This will take us to the subsection "Search Console" (or "Analytics").
Ultimately, all you have to do is go to "Show details" and enter the URL of the domain that you have already claimed via the Search Console . You then have to check everything again in the Search Console and confirm it there if necessary.
