Can I remove Hangouts from Android
Since Russian users are not used to Hangouts, they increasingly decide to remove it from their phones. If the program is built into Android, this requires root rights, otherwise complete uninstallation becomes impossible. There is another option - just disable the application.
To remove Hangouts installed manually, follow these steps:
Go to your phone settings and open “Applications”.
Select “All” and go to Hangouts in the list of programs.
Click “Delete” and confirm execution.
After deleting, free up the device cache.
