Adecco Award for the most brilliant young idea

Adecco is announcing the third edition of the “ Adecco Award for the most brilliant young idea to improve the world ” with the aim of giving visibility to the brilliance of young Spaniards. The award is being held within the framework of the 2016 Brilliant Minds Congress organised by El Ser Creativo and sponsored by Adecco, which will take place on 13 and 14 October.

The most brilliant young idea will receive a prize worth 10,000 euros to launch the project and the four finalists will receive training from the El Ser Creativo campus valued at 1,000 euros .

Young people living in Spain between the ages of 18 and 30 can participate in the award. If you are interested, you can send an email before October 7 to indicating your personal details, attaching a video of a maximum duration rcs data europe of 60 seconds, in .mp4 format, in which you defend why your idea is the most brilliant in Spain and the reason why you want to access the financial aid to get it off the ground. The participants' videos will be uploaded to the El Ser Creativo website .

All applications will be assessed by Adecco selection consultants and a committee of experts from El Ser Creativo who will jointly select the five finalist ideas , which will be published on Adecco's websites and social channels on Monday 10 October. The assessment will be based on the motivational video presenting the application, the viability of the project presented and the communication skills and creativity of the candidates. The finalists will have the opportunity to attend the gala where the winner of the award will be chosen .
