Round numbers convey quality. Numbers with decimals convey the feeling of a bargain or a deal. Depending on what you want to convey, you will have to decide between one or the other.

3. Regular price
There are products that are everywhere and they are very generic. For example, most supermarket products. It is better to leave these prices as they are , do not raise them or you will lose sales due to mistrust.

4. Anchoring effect
The first price we see is the one we use as a reference. Try to make your customers see a high price first for a product very similar to the one you are going to show them next. This way they will have the south africa consumer email list perception that the second one is very cheap and will buy.

5. Luxury effect
You just have to add a couple of new adjectives to a product or service that you want to sell at a higher price and raise its price. People perceive high prices as higher quality, so if you have a personal budget with purchasing power, dare to raise prices.

6. Discount without discount
Raise the price of your products so that they will make you more profit than you expected. And then offer a discount. Of course, even if you offer a discount, you still need to have a profit margin.

When your audience sees the word discount, they will buy.

They are more likely to buy a product at €12 if they think it was previously worth €18. They are more likely to buy it at €12 if it has always cost the same.
