And Gubler also addresses his colleagues from other aid organizations: "We generally have to consider whether these advertising methods are compatible with the noble goals of our organizations in the long term and are still up to date." He points to the costs and the throwaway effect, because a large proportion of the money sent to new potential donors ends up in the trash. Gubler outlines the future of advertising campaigns: "We may have to accept a small loss in donations for a short time. But we can stand by the advertising methods with a clear conscience."
