At the beginning of this year, we called on users to register with the think tank/test group for the new website. Out of 15,000 registered members, we eventually selected over 100 fishermen. We communicate with them regularly about ideas and new components, we test changes and extensions, and so on. A hundred people initially seemed a bit much, but because participation is completely voluntary and the pace is sometimes high, that number turns out to be quite good. Now we can submit things daily and we get answers from many people the same day.
a idea of our starting points and main lines of the new construction, but we consult the test group for the details and we learn something valuable from this group every day. In addition, we build an (extra) relationship with a hundred users. The process is also very nice; as a group we work more efficiently, we get used to each other. That gives a lot of energy. And these china phone number list are not all ICT people, on the contrary. What we share is fishing, and Vangstenregistratie.nl of course.
Catches app
In September 2011 I put together a smaller group of smartphone users from the test group. Together with them I designed and tested the Catches app . The app has had a good start, with more than 1000 users after a few days, and we receive many enthusiastic reactions. Also often heard: 'finally!' and 'that this didn't exist yet!'. But apart from the good landing, this app changes the role of the catch logbook in my opinion.
