Instagram, you know, that great iPhone app where you can take pictures, make them even more beautiful with a filter and then post them in the Instagram community. Waiting for likes, for comments, for the popular page, where nobody knows how you end up. A-ma-zing!

In April you read the article ' Photo-sharing startup Instagram and the opportunities for companies ' here on Frankwatching. My story focuses more on the use IRL and the apps and APIs. It took me 6 weeks to write this article. I want to tell so much about Instagram and I couldn't get a single word on paper about it. How Instagram becomes part of your life. But also how you can doubt the approach: do I only post beautiful photos, or do I just post everything I experience: beautiful or not beautiful, it's my life . Or: do I choose a theme, a certain fixed filter or do I only post street art photos.
