Another useful feature of Socialbakers is the ability to export the results as PDF or CSV. This way you can easily email the reports or use the data in other programs. As an example, I have created a number of PDF reports for the Facebook pages of Hema , Hi and Ben & Jerry’s . A feature of Socialbakers that is currently still in beta is the ability to measure response times. In other words: how quickly does the brand respond to a question (comment) from a fan on the Facebook fan page. Certainly from a customer service perspective a very interesting feature. A little testing with the pages of T-Mobile Plein and Vodafone Nederland already showed some nice results.
The winner: Socialbakers
After testing both tools extensively, Socialbakers is the absolute winner for me.
