An intranet vision is a strategic instrument that has received relatively little attention in recent years – in our observation – within organizations. Most organizations have formulated a development plan for their intranet in broad outline and call it a strategy. And from that strategy, the intranet is developed and is used and managed. In doing so, they often do not look ahead – or at least not beyond the duration of the development project.
