I remember that the first time I created a website I was seventeen years old. At that time, Google didn't even exist, just to give you an idea. I ventured into those services like HPG Sites and soon created a page, with difficulty, after all, I didn't know anything about programming, but I wanted to share with people what I was studying at the time: Spanish. With difficulty, I went from one thing to another and soon a first website was created so that I could make the classes available. It had a baby pink background and dark blue font, imagine how awful it was to read! That's where I started, though!

And even though it didn't have a beautiful look, little portugal mobile database little, it started to work out. The website evolved (the visual identity was improved) and I learned how much this impacted the result: it needed to be beautiful and comfortable for the reader. In addition, it still needed to have clear communication, so that those who accessed it could easily find what they were looking for.

Years later, and after having several other experiences and positions, I took over the marketing management of a company. I would be responsible for structuring that new area and even hiring people. This was, in fact, a very important first mission, because I needed to bring good and motivated people to the team. That's why it was great to be able to see their portfolios, read what they wrote and talk to them face to face. The team was assembled, the next challenge accepted. Now it was time to look at the company itself, what it already had in terms of marketing and communication, what it needed to create and what wasn't working well. To do this, I gathered the team and we went over everything that needed to be done, prioritizing everything so that we could focus on what needed to be done first.
