It should be noted that at the moment little is known about the fantuan database usage trends of smartwatches and even their technical specifications are somewhat confusing. The positive aspect is that the context is quite similar to that of smartphones: smaller screen size, fewer design elements, different consumption modes, i.e. different places and times in which emails are read (or ignored).
Curious to know at least how many characters are displayed on a smartwatch? ReturnPath has collected, albeit with a certain degree of uncertainty and experimentation, some information on the main models:
Motorola Moto 360 Apple Watch Characters in subject line: 12-20 (1 line of text)
Message Preview: 25-35
Email Actions: Read, Flag, Mark as read or unread, Delete
Apple Watch Samsung Gear S Characters in subject line: 30-45 (2 lines of text in notification, up to 5 [18 – 24 characters] when notification is tapped)
Message Preview: 55-80 (depends on subject length)
Email Actions: Read, Forward, Reply, Open in Smartphone, Delete
Samsung Gear S Motorola Moto 360 Subject line characters: 26-40 (2 lines of text in notification, up to 5 [13 – 20 characters] when notification is tapped)
Message Preview: 50-75 (depends on subject length)
Email Actions: Read, Reply, Open in Smartphone, Archive
Pebble Steel Pebble Steel Subject line characters: 12-18 (1 line of text)

Going beyond habits.
Have you ever imagined that you could send an email that your recipient could read from their wrist, their eyes, or under certain physical conditions? Maybe not, but the important thing is that soon it will be possible. This is your chance to make your emails more timely than you ever imagined.
It would be foolish to think that wearable technology, which began with the advent of Google Glasses, will stop at the smartwatch. Soon, as marketers, we will be able to analyze and monitor users' reaction to those emails that will become more "physical" habits.
While it may be uncomfortable for some end users that data based on eye movements, EEG, or body temperature can be collected, for companies this can mean the ability to send highly personal and targeted emails, sent based on increasingly real and less presumed behavior.
What do we know about the smartwatch?
