Alerts and Notifications

Post by Dimaeiya323 »

WhatsApp chatbots can send instant notifications to customers. This way, you ensure that no urgent message is left behind. Whether it’s appointment reminders, event notifications, or promotional offers, chatbots excel at alerts. They also automate event invitations and provide necessary information. In an environment where we are constantly over-solicited, chatbots are perfect for reaching a large audience with instant updates.

How to create a WhatsApp Chatbot?
Creating a WhatsApp chatbot is relatively simple, but you first need to have a WhatsApp Business Platform account . This will allow you to communicate with customers who have agreed to be contacted via WhatsApp and automate these conversations with a chatbot, if necessary.

1. Register on WhatsApp Business Platform
The first step is to create your account on WhatsApp Business Platform. Either you do it yourself, in which case you will need to enter your business information. Or, and this is the option recommended by WhatsApp, you can use a solution provider such as CM.com. This way, you will find that your application has a better chance of being accepted.

2. Define your Goals
Before you get started, you need to set your business goals and define how WhatsApp will help you achieve them. You also need to define who you want to target, what the chatbot's missions will be, and what its favorite topics will be.

Do your customers need help navigating a site or performing an action? Or do you want to help them make an appointment or book tickets?

Don’t think of your WhatsApp chatbot as just an FAQ tool. It can (and should) be much more than that. Once you start a conversation with your customer, you have to accompany them until they reach their goal without leaving the chatbot.

Define the following:

In which business areas will the WhatsApp chatbot operate?

Who is your audience?

What systems will the WhatsApp chatbot integrate with?

What security measures will you put in place?

What data is available for integration?

3. Set up Conversations
Your WhatsApp Business solution provider will help you set up conversatowner/partner/shareholder email lists and your customers.

Scripts are one of the most basic, yet effective chatbot options, consisting of a simple question and a predefined answer.

For example, a conversation might look like this:

WhatsApp Chatbot: Are you already a member?

Options: Yes | No

If yes, WhatsApp chatbot: Please enter your member number.

If not, WhatsApp chatbot: Would you like to speak to a member of our team?

Answers to questions will direct the user to the next step in the flow. Interaction is quick and easy.
