HubSpot calls hub pages “Ultimate Guides” because they provide an sample cell phone number in philippines overview of the core topic.

Content clusters include a series of articles on more specific topics and keywords.

They are related to the central theme, but in a more limited way.

This is what a final content cluster looks like:

When working with your spreadsheet, enter:

A column with the central theme and your 5-10 themes.

A column with the topic clusters with the rest of the topics distributed across the core topics.

A product/feature column for each topic.*

*Consider how the product and function relate to your core theme (we identified this in step 2).

Each of the cluster topics can match the same product or feature as its parent topic.

However, some can be bundled with a different product if they better fit the users' needs.

You can also spread your trending topics across the board or keep them separate since their shelf life is relatively short.

Step 5: Identify potential headlines
To achieve and maintain high organic rankings, your blog posts must meet your audience's expectations—in other words, they must match search intent.

Understanding intent allows you to create the right format and create engaging headlines (and of course, content) for your audience.

Here's how to identify the search intent of your keywords and decide on post types and headlines accordingly.

Match search intent to the consumer journey
Specific search intentions are often grouped into the following categories:

Informational: The user is looking for specific information on a topic. The search contains phrases like “guide”, “tutorial” or questions, like who, how, etc. (e.g. “how to write SEO articles”). Informational keywords indicate that the user is in the awareness stage (or pre-awareness, if they are not yet aware of the problem).
