employees have almost complete freedom of action;

the manager does not impose his opinion on his subordinates and does not control their every step, which allows them to exceed the boss’s expectations;

the manager's participation in the life of the team is minimal, he behaves politely and with restraint, without suppressing the initiative and proposals of subordinates and rarely interfering in conflict resolution;

employees independently determine the deadlines for completing assigned tasks;
