In life insurance, one of the key tasks is the appointment of a beneficiary. This may be not only the policyholder, but also the person who was indicated in the contract or who acquires this right on the basis of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Moreover, the person may be either an individual or a legal entity.
The beneficiary may be specified either by name or by class, such as "children of the insured." However, if a class of people is designated as beneficiaries under life insurance, then additional clarification is required.
Let's imagine a situation: Nikolai job seekers data package wants his children to receive payments under his insurance. He was married twice, and in addition to his three biological children, he has two stepchildren. When drawing up an insurance contract, Nikolai must specify how the income from the insurance will be distributed. There are two options - only his biological children receive payments, or all, including adopted children.
