A lover of fashion and design, Jessica immediately stood out for her passion for the world of art in general.
“I have no special talents, I am only passionately curious.” (A. Einstein)
This phrase represents her because, at work as in life, passion and curiosity are the driving force of her days.
She enjoys spending her free time with her family and lifelong friends, traveling, watching movies, and reading thrillers.
What was the topic you covered in your Master's thesis?
The thesis is entitled Learning bulk sms uae by Observing. Pedagogy of the Example in Simultaneous Interpretation: Ideas for Teaching and Individual Study . I wanted to explore the role played by the observation of the expert in learning simultaneous interpretation. After an overview of the scientific literature in psychopedagogy and cognitive sciences that deals with the example as a learning strategy, I illustrated the main paradigms in teaching simultaneous interpretation, from the pure apprenticeship of the early days to today's study paths, exemplified by the model of Setton and Dawrant (2016).
I then reviewed, examining their advantages and disadvantages, the proposals for example-based learning already put forward by interpreter trainers, divided into three macro-categories: the teacher's demonstration, the observation of conferences and the work with multimedia materials, including corpora, which provide access to the performances of professionals.
