80% of an individual's career is determined by unexpected coincidences - After an evening with the Failure Teachers
Hello. This is nonask from the PR team.
Today is the last day of September. Many big projects were released this month, so thank you to everyone for your hard work!

While the news has been buzzing with all this, this last-minute blog post, which I've been completely neglecting, is a report on the iRidge Bar, which was held for two days on Wednesday and Friday last week.

What is an eye ridge bar?
Around 2016, a meeting was started to improve the atmosphere in the company. It was started by the employees led by Mama Sachiyo, who wanted to make it easier for everyone to have lateral connections, as they didn't know what kind of work the new employees or the person next to them were doing, and they thought it would be nice to have a meeting where people from different professions could get together for drinks. We continued
to do this in various ways, such as sharing what kind of work everyone was doing, generating business ideas from casual conversation, and sometimes even holding events at group companies.

< From Online Eyeridge Bar!>

This will be the third time since the first online event in July.
What is an online Eyeridge Bar that everyone overseas chinese in europe data can enjoy? We are still exploring what that will be, but this time we have set up rooms with both hard and soft themes on each day, and invited guests who are knowledgeable about the theme to each room.

In this blog, we will introduce some parts of the soft theme room from Day 2, "Failure Teacher: Don't be like me!!"

By the way, the theme name is taken from the name of a TV Asahi program, but the content is more relaxed.
* According to Wikipedia, the TV Asahi program is as follows:

The show's basic philosophy is, "Let's learn how to avoid mistakes from people who have made huge mistakes in life!" In order to prevent others from making the same mistakes, the "Failure Teacher" uses an original textbook from the show to teach students and viewers stories and lessons learned from "the problems and lessons from his own words and actions."
