The percentage of growth in business profitability or increase in other indicators that the organization strives for, and the achievement of which is the direct task of the key account manager.
To achieve the highest value of all the above metrics (if we talk about churn, of course, to minimize it), the key account manager must be familiar with each customer assigned to him, and also periodically assess the level of consumer confidence, the volume of transactions and the state of the market. These KPIs affect the size of his remuneration.
