MORE ABOUT THE COURSE
After training and completing the NiMa-B certification, I came to the conclusion that I needed to delegate some of the tasks in order to focus primarily on strategic tasks in marketing.
I left demand research, competitive intelligence, strategy development and advertising setup to myself, because, in my opinion, these are the most important points. I assembled a team, and now I have guys to whom I can delegate content marketing, email marketing, website work and service integration. Currently, the team is managing 4 projects under my management. We are not yet registered as an agency, but we have actually started working in this direction.
Diploma thesis with a happy ending
I did my diploma work for NiMa-B on a real project of a logistics company. It turned out to be a well-thought-out strategy, but it was not accepted for work — they did not agree on the budget size. But the turkey email list experience I gained stayed with me.
A week later, their competitors contacted me, I adjusted the existing strategy and adapted it to the situation of another company. Now we are cooperating quite closely, the layout of the site is underway, for which we have created unique SEO-optimized texts, and we will launch promotion in the near future.
We can say that when you take the course “DIGITAL Director” and defend your strategy, this is the formation of a certain step-by-step plan that you apply in your subsequent projects, but, naturally, supplementing it, changing it for each business. Everyone has different goals, budgets, niches, circumstances. But in the process of training, you get a “road map” of complex work in marketing, and defending your diploma gives you experience in defending your strategic vision not only to the commission, but also to current clients.
