A specialist who shows initiative is a valuable asset in any enterprise. The qualities that will soon be considered among the most important in a work collective are outstanding intuitive, physical and intellectual abilities.

The concept of "results thinking" implies joint definition of goals (both management and ordinary employees participate), and then the employees themselves choose the ways to achieve the set tasks. Production management is transferred to the personnel as much as possible. The task of directors is to provide assistance in achieving high results, if necessary, adjusting goals with the help of developed strategies for the work and development of the company.

An important modern tool marketing with stockholder database that can lead an organization to long-term success is a balanced scorecard. What is its essence? It involves the formation of a system of interrelated indicators that provide a clear picture of the critical factors of the enterprise's work both in the current period and in the future. In addition, modern information technologies make it possible to evaluate the results of the company's activities and, based on them, determine the possible amounts of remuneration for specialists.

Employee productivity, job satisfaction and retention in the company are of paramount importance here.

In the West, the so-called principle of participation is now used as an innovative method of personnel management, when a team can participate in the company's activities in three dimensions.

Employees are involved in management

The company's managers involve their employees in finding the necessary solutions and implementing them, in the certification procedure, in the distribution of benefits, etc. Research conducted in this area (in the West) has shown that specialists who participate in making even very minor decisions feel more satisfied with their work. In addition, they acquire the ability to better cope with conflict situations.

Employees directly participate in the company's income

They may not participate in decision-making, but the end result of the work is certainly important. This principle can be implemented in practice in different ways.

For example, the simplest is to allocate a percentage of sales proceeds to employees of commercial departments (most often). This approach motivates very powerfully and brings good and, what is important, quick results. Nevertheless, practice shows that very often managers after some time prefer to move away from such methods.

The staff is attracted to the company's ownership

This refers to the implementation of the corporatization procedure. As a rule, only a few people out of a thousand have a large block of shares. However, if a shareholders' meeting is planned, invitations must be sent to everyone. Otherwise, the adopted resolution is legally considered invalid. Those who are actually at the helm and make decisions value the opinion of each shareholder, so all shareholders are necessarily informed about the current state of affairs in the company.

With this approach, partnership participation is also practiced, that is, each employee who comes to work for the company is given the opportunity to contribute to its activities as a partner.

One of the tools for implementing the participation principle in practice is the team participation of people in the life of the company. It also implies the involvement of personnel in the management process. If the team is grouped successfully, it will work very effectively, using various organizational tools. Such as, for example, group discussions when developing and making decisions. Or using more modern methods such as "project management", "quality management system", "results management", etc.

It is worth noting that there are areas of activity where creativity becomes an important driving factor in work. It is clear that coercive management measures will not produce results here. It is impossible to force a person to somehow strengthen his creative thinking by promising him a material reward for this. Moreover, this, on the contrary, will lead to concentration of thought, and the abilities of imagination will be pushed into the background.

But it is possible to find an approach to creative workers. For this, there are modern forms of management and methods of influence.
