Custom Domain for your Bitrix24

A custom domain option is available forboth on-premise and cloud versions of Bitrix24 .
First launch: Change the name of the Bitrix24 account
When an account is created, it is given a random name (3rd level domain), for example b24-wkwnk9 .bitrix24.com .
You can change this name to a more suitable name like germany phone number list free mycompany.bitrix24.com. If this domain name is available, you can change it once for free.

NOTE: Only the account administrator can change the name of Bitrix24 on first launch.
Switch Bitrix24 account to your own domain
You can use your own domain name for your Bitrix24 account . For example, instead of mycompany.bitrix24.com, you can use test.company.com or mycompany.com.
IMPORTANT
1- This feature is only available for Professional and Enterprise plan users. If you have an archive plan, you must first switch to the existing plan to change the Bitrix24 domain name. Also, you cannot use your own domain name while there is a trial period.
If you switch to another plan, your account will revert back to the old Bitrix24 domain.
2- When you change the domain to your own domain, the actual data storage zone does not change. For this type of Bitrix24 account, the features of the previous zone continue to work: access speed, personal data laws and server location are strictly regulated in some countries. Each zone has its own reseller legal entity, its own Bitrix24 tools, available payment methods, payment prices and currency, partner support.
3- You no longer need to purchase and renew an SSL certificate for your domain name. The certificate is now issued by the Let's Encrypt certificate authority and is automatically renewed.
4- After the domain name is changed, the following services will stop working:
Open Channels – you need to reconnect them after changing the domain name.
Website Widgets (CRM forms, Live Chat, Callback form) – you need to re-install them after changing the domain name .
Application webhooks – they will need to be recreated.
