Create a new responsive search ad from the admin page.

In this case, if the account is already running text ads, suggestions for titles and descriptions will be automatically displayed based on the existing ad copy and final page URL set in the same ad group.

The more assets you set with different appeals, the more effective your ads will be, so use this as a reference when selecting assets.
