There are many ways to ensure that learning has a more lasting effect in the future. Learning requires a lot of energy, which is why rest and reflection breaks are very important. After all, we also take breaks when training our muscles. Accordingly, one option is to extend learning more. So instead of learning all the content at once, learning is divided into several parts. Using the training course as an example, this means that the learning content is not taught at specific points within two days.
