Why start learning JavaScript?
I often get questions from friends and acquaintances, if they want to start programming, what they should do first, which programming language to choose. In the past, this question created difficulties for me, not knowing what to answer them exactly, without making a mistake. Today, from this point of view, my answer is always the same, and that is JavaScript. I have several reasons why I say that JavaScript is the programming language that every beginner should start with, so I will try to highlight 5 main reasons for that in detail.
HUGE employment opportunities
No, I'm not writing this as a first point to grab your full attention. I don't want it to seem like everyone who learns JavaScript will get a guaranteed job. But one thing is for sure. You will be part of a very small group of programmers who are constantly being targeted by all recruiters. The need for JavaScript programmers today is huge. All new, modern websites and applications require a part developed in JavaScript. The process of developing software today is unthinkable without the front-end part, i.e. without JavaScript.
