How to Create Custom Reports with SEMrush

A big part of your job is your ability to communicate and present the results you achieve. Luckily, we know a few ways to impress your boss, business partners, or clients. And we’ve integrated them into our platform.
The My Reports feature allows you to create customized PDF reports according to your needs.
What data do you want to show? Combine widgets from the tools you care the usage of instagram database about with data from the reports that are most meaningful to you.
You can insert images and text, as well as data from Google Analytics and Search Console.
But that's not all. You can schedule these reports to be automatically emailed to anyone.
You can also customize your reports and templates, or work with one of our many pre-built templates if you need them.

Want to be as transparent as possible? You can share your projects directly with other SEMrush users , with read-only or edit access. When you create projects for websites you manage, you can give other SEMrush users access to the same data you see. This is a great way to communicate with clients, team members, or people outside of your company who are working on the project.

This is one of the latest innovations we have introduced and we are sure you will appreciate it: you no longer need to recreate the same report from scratch, because you can use one of the templates created by your team members .
This is a very important update that will save you and your colleagues time.
Use this feature if you are a team manager and want your colleagues' reports to be set up like yours, or if you are part of a team that is trying to standardize the format of its reports.
You can find this new option in the My Templates tab, under the Actions button .
