Budget does not match adset

Post by anglehimu »

Here the fault is also of the client with a small budget, but let's try to make the most of it! Here is the most common mistake in managing Facebook campaigns: that of maintaining a very complex campaign structure but not very relevant to the budget we have.

The trick here is to simplify campaigns and ad groups . A small budget is better concentrated than divided into many parts. So few ad groups and few ads. In these low-budget cases, after analyzing the data, start why choose our service cutting on the audience: reduce the age groups and locations as much as possible. This way this budget will become stronger on the audience most attentive to your content.

Using Generic Custom Audiences
Let's close the 11 main mistakes of those who create campaigns on Facebook with Custom Audiences. Where is the mistake here? For me they are of 2 types:

Too generic audiences
Interesting untapped audiences
By too generic audiences I mean remarketing audiences that are not carefully segmented. If you think about it, your site visitors are not all the same: some are passing through, some visit certain sections or do certain actions (taken from the Pixel, of course). An audience of people who are attentive to your products, who add to the cart or sign up for the newsletter is different from those who stop at the homepage or on a category, without going into more detail.

Timing is also important: depending on the sector, avoid remarketing audiences that are too long and concentrate the budget on the hottest visitors.
