How is the RCS campaign being implemented?
The first step to a fast, efficient and effective RCS campaign is to contact an mProfi representative . Campaign details, including the day and time of sending the message, are always individually agreed with the client.

The campaign initiator is responsible for preparing the previously described elements, i.e. the BOT definition, message content and elements of the dialogue with the end user (action buttons, automated responses) .

To implement the campaign, you also need a database of numbers to which the message is to be sent. Ideally, in the form of an encrypted CSV or Excel file, sent via a trusted channel, so that the recipients' data is completely safe.
