Advanced Shipment Tracking's General Settings sectionBelow that is "Order Status and Notifications". Here you can change whether the status should be "Completed" or "Shipped" when the order is completed.

To edit what the WooCommerce email notification looks like, you can click the gear icon next to “Rename the status label for “Completed” order to “Shipped””.

Next comes 'Shipment Tracking API'.
