Facebook advertising
A company page can be both a primary and an additional (to a group) tool. Compared to a community, the results of competent management of a public page are visible much faster.
Public pages have a user-friendly interface insurance leads for seniors and several sections: photos/videos, events, product catalog, reviews, special offers.
Facebook developers offer options for page design for various business areas. For example, the page of an online boutique will have sections with reviews, a product catalog, and special offers.
Use all the tricks for designing a public page - this will make the site bright and attractive to the user, encourage detailed study and viewing of the resource. Add Call to action buttons that encourage making a call, making a reservation, ordering a product, clarifying the cost, watching a video or going to the store.
Additional settings for a public Facebook page:
A memorable address.
Come up with a concise and interesting address for your page, where you can be easily found. Ideally, addresses in all social networks should be identical. Firstly, it looks organic on advertising layouts. Secondly, such measures will protect against controversial situations (for example, copying or creating fake pages).
To change the URL of a page, enter the new address in Latin characters in the Create @username for Page field. The new address can contain from 5 to 50 characters. Letters, numbers (A–Z, 0–9), and periods (“.”) are allowed. The name cannot contain common terms or extensions (.com, .net).
According to Facebook rules, periods and capital letters are not used to distinguish usernames. For example, marinaivanova77, Marina.Ivanova77 and marina.ivanova.77 are all considered the same name.
The ability to change the name does not appear immediately after registering the page. The new address may be deleted if the page is not active for a long time. The page address can only be changed once.
Page roles.
You can also assign administrators and other roles to the page. To do this, go to Settings and Page Roles.
A page can have:
Live representative. He can broadcast on behalf of the page.
Analyst who has access to page statistics, information about who posted a particular post. The user can create advertisements and run advertising on Facebook.
The moderator acts as an advertiser and has the right to control and moderate community events (dialogue on behalf of the page, deleting comments, blacklisting users, etc.).
The editor and administrator have the widest range of capabilities. In addition to moderation, editing the appearance of the page, posting, and live broadcasting are allowed.
Only the administrator has the right to assign people to certain roles. Do not trust the administration to people you are not sure of: there is a high risk of losing the resource. After assigning roles, you will need to enter the password from your personal page so that Facebook can identify you.
Linking accounts.
You can link your Facebook page to your Instagram account. This will add certain features to your Instagram profile and allow you to work with comments on both social networks. Linking accounts will make it easier to set up ads on Facebook and Instagram.
Go to Settings , then Instagram , enter the login details from your Instagram account. After that, your personal account will go to a business profile, where you can specify your phone number, email address, and geolocation .
Setting up notifications.
You can set up or disable notifications to email, Facebook or SMS about any user actions on the company page. To do this, select the necessary items by going from Settings to Notifications .
