Larissa de Macedo Machado, better known by her stage name Anitta, is a Brazilian singer, songwriter, actress, dancer, businesswoman and television presenter.
The stage name Anitta was inspired by the miniseries Presença de Anita, from Rede Globo. Larissa identified with the main character and, therefore, adopted the nickname.
