The main challenge to overcome is to be able to effectively manage the company's client portfolio , offering solutions that allow it to focus and dedicate more effort to the core of its business.
With more than 20 years of experience and various positions (mainly specialized in after-sales services) in the automotive industry, Vetorazzi will continue the work of his predecessor, Paulo Scolti.

Focused on producing analytical and management software, FICO is starting the year with a new director of analytical services for Latin America. Daniel Arraes has already worked for Banco Santander (in London, Madrid and Sao Paulo) in the Credit section.
Another area where Arraes has worked, obtaining good results, is Financial Institution Analytics within the same Bank.
