Post by bitheerani319 »

The smartphone has become our best ally for everything, from checking the latest news on the Internet to booking a hotel room, buying a plane ticket or making an appointment with the doctor. It is not surprising then that for Millennials it is also the best tool for looking for a job, since the latest studies confirm that this generation no longer uses the desktop computer and opts for short videos and quick messages to communicate.

Recruiters know this and, for some years now, they rcs data spain been adapting their candidate search strategies to this new reality. In this sense, CornerJob, a mobile platform for job classifieds for non-executive profiles with a presence in Italy, France, Spain and Mexico, assures that mobile apps are tools that adapt perfectly to the needs of the 'Generation Z' due to the immediacy they offer . Among other things, because they allow you to create a profile in less than a minute and can include chats –even with video– to communicate directly with Human Resources professionals.

It is clear that virtual communication is key for them. According to a survey published by Adecco and its Foundation a few months ago, 7 out of 10 Spaniards believe that WhatsApp is a good tool for searching for a job and/or contacting companies and recruiters . However, only 19% admit to having used it for this purpose, although everything seems to indicate that in the future this percentage will increase, as 78% of those interviewed think so.
