Cristina Alcaide has been living in Switzerland for five years now. She came here in search of an opportunity and, although she misses many things about Spain, returning to our country is not in her plans. With three children and after setting up a blog that once served as a way to let off steam, this Murcian has launched her own online store, 'La Krikra Shop'. In this interview she tells us, among other things, how she has managed to turn her hobby into a job.
When and why did you decide to emigrate to Switzerland?
We arrived in Switzerland on April 20, 2012 (not 1990, hehe). Why? Because in Spain, neither my husband nor I had work, and here my husband had the rcs data belarus to find a good job that would allow us to live well, since he was born and raised in Switzerland, so we had to try, and that's what we did.
Did you find it difficult to adapt to your new life? What was the most difficult thing at the beginning?
The truth is that it didn't cost me anything. Luckily, I really like life here, although I do miss many things about Spain, of course, but I prefer to keep the good things and take advantage of this experience to learn and enjoy.
